Job summary

Sulzer is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the Service Center’s operations, production planning, and engineering coordination in Pasadena. You will manage the master schedule, drive shop execution, and lead cross-functional teams to meet commitments safely and on time.

The role requires 10+ years in industrial manufacturing and 5+ years in leadership, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. On-site, full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
10+ years in industrial manufacturing and related operations.
5+ years leading multi-functional teams and projects.
Strong safety, quality, and customer-focused operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage the master production schedule for active projects and orders.
Coordinate workflow across shop functions to meet delivery commitments.
Lead Operations Leaders and support workforce planning and training.
Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the service center.
Provide project status updates to customers and leadership.
