As a CBRE Senior Service Application Engineer, you will oversee the Application Engineering team, ensuring project delivery on time and within budget. Responsibilities include creating control databases, graphic screens, setting up control systems based on specifications, performing field startup, system commissioning, remote software installation, and providing technical support to engineers, installers, and customers. Proficiency in Niagara is required.
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in HVAC, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, with at least ten years of industry experience.
Certificates/Licenses: None required.
Skills: Valid driver’s license, excellent communication, organizational, analytical skills, proficiency in Windows, MS-Word, MS-Excel, Niagara, and reading BAS drawings. Knowledge of controls and HVAC systems.
