As a CBRE Senior Service Application Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the Application Engineering team and ensuring they deliver on time and within budget. Your duties include creating control databases, graphic screens, setting up control systems based on project specifications or sales proposals, performing field startup and system commissioning, and providing remote installation of software and control programs. You will offer on-site and remote technical support to Lead Application Engineers, Application Engineers, installers, and customers. Proficiency in Niagara is required for this role.
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in HVAC, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering with at least ten years of related industry experience. No specific certificates/licenses are required.
Excellent communication skills, a valid driver's license, and proficiency in Windows, MS-Word, MS-Excel, Niagara programming, and reading BAS drawings are essential.
Flexibility with schedule, including working nights and holidays, and willingness to travel with overnight stays. Ability to analyze complex documents and perform financial and technical assessments.
The salary ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on skills and experience.
