First Class HALT is seeking a Service Advisor to lead one of our top shops in Anderson, Greenville, or Mauldin, SC. The role emphasizes a team-first culture with a focus on exceptional customer experiences and performance in a high-volume setting.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends), hours 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m., and a compensation package of 65,000–85,000 USD annually plus a lucrative bonus; benefits include health, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Focus on accountability, performance, and creating a great customer experience.
• Familiarity with independent repair shops or national chains preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; must be 21 or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead one of our high-performing shops in Anderson, Greenville, or Mauldin.
• Manage daily operations in a high-volume auto repair environment.
• Ensure a superior customer experience and timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate with technicians and shop management to optimize workflow.
• Maintain weekday schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
