Job summary

Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor at River Oaks Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. You will liaise with customers and technicians, presenting repair recommendations and keeping customers informed throughout the service process.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Customer Service Skills.
• Tech Savvy and able to learn and utilize technology.
• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen per local laws.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to ensure maintenance needs are met.
• Write repair orders with transparent cost and time estimates.
• Provide timely communication and keep customers updated.
• Communicate with Technicians and Parts to ensure timely completion.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and co-workers.
• Utilize cutting edge Fixed Operations Technology.
• Other duties as assigned.
