Job summary

OpenRoad Collision, operating as Frank's Collision, seeks a Senior Service Advisor to serve as the main liaison for customers and insurers throughout the repair process. You will verify insurance estimates and communicate progress clearly to clients, ensuring timely submissions of estimates and supplements.

In this role, you will oversee billing and collections for assigned vehicles, requiring strong organizational and customer-service skills.

As part of the Open Road Collision group DBA Frank's Collision, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality collision repair services with exceptional customer care. Our team is dedicated to restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition while making the repair process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our customers. We're currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Service Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.
