AWS Hardware Engineering Services is seeking a seasoned Server Hardware Engineer to lead the design and development of server products. You will partner with customers to translate technical needs into scalable hardware solutions and manage cross-functional teams from conception through data-center deployment.

In this fast-paced role, you will drive reliability, performance, and cost improvements across the server portfolio while mentoring engineers and coordinating with manufacturing partners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• 4+ years deploying and operating in a Linux/Unix environment.
• 3+ years of programming in modern languages (C++, Java, Python, etc.).
• 2+ years of designing or architecting systems for reliability and scaling.

Responsibilities
