Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of new hardware products development experience.
• 5+ years of hardware design and validation of components, subsystems and systems.
• Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent.
• 10 years of experience in server hardware design and validation.
• Experience in managing ODM relationships and driving technical programs.
• Experience in developing and implementing validation test plans.
• Experience developing high quality test plans, test designs, test strategies, and test execution.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions with ODM partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware design, development, and maintenance for EC2 server hardware.
