Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking energetic servers for Moselem Springs Golf Club in Fleetwood, PA. You will deliver prompt food and beverage service, upsell offerings, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong English communication, professionalism, and a willingness to support teammates. Training in TIPS and knowledge of MICROS are advantageous. Benefits include hotel room discounts and supplemental perks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years serving experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
• Fluent in English with clear guest and coworker communication.
• Strong organizational, time management, and math skills.
• Willingness to pitch in and be a team player.
• Knowledge of beer, wine and spirits; familiar with menu items.
• Ability to upsell and drive revenue.
• Flexibility with working hours.
• Must stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must complete Delaware state TIPS or comparable training.
• Professional appearance and manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous food & beverage service to guests while maximizing sales volume; upsell items.
• Deliver superior table service per established standards.
• Ensure customer requests are completed courteously.
• Maintain clean and organized work area to maximize efficiency and aesthetics.
• Interact with guests to create a service-oriented, upbeat atmosphere.
• Process payments according to standard procedures.
• Complete side-work and reset tables as required.
• Notify management of incidents involving excessive alcohol consumption or impaired customers.
• Check IDs and refuse service to underage or intoxicated guests as needed.
• Comply with all F&B standards; perform other duties as assigned.
