Job summary

Responsibilities

Prepare tables, lay out napkins and utensils, refill condiments, and perform other prep tasks.
Stay updated on menu choices and kitchen status.
Handle reservations, direct guests to tables, present menus, and suggest dishes and drinks.
Deliver items, fulfill guest needs, offer desserts and drinks, remove courses, replenish utensils, and refill glasses.
Open and pour wine tableside.
Receive payments, issue receipts, and balance server chits and receipts.
Perform basic cleaning as directed and fill in for absent staff.
Assist with special events and greet guests with a warm welcome.
Adhere to grooming and appearance standards and communicate available products/services.
