Boulder View Tavern in Lake Harmony, PA, seeks a friendly Server to deliver attentive dining service in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused setting as part of Troon. You’ll welcome guests, take orders, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate, timely service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in food service and knowledge of fine and casual dining.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Legal age to serve liquor per state law.
• Excellent customer service and dependable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service
• Display knowledge of the F&B menu
• Handle multiple tables at once
• Take orders and relay to kitchen/bar
• Serve beverages and meals accurately and timely
• Adhere to sanitation, safety and liquor policies
• Check back for guest satisfaction and replenish items
• Suggest desserts, coffee and other items as applicable
• Handle payments and secure transactions
• Keeps dining areas sanitized and organized
• Perform close procedures as assigned by manager
• Perform other duties as assigned
