Job summary

Luciq and Logicant in Midway, TN is seeking a Senior Server & Infrastructure Engineer to administer and optimize the organization’s core server and infrastructure platforms, ensuring availability, performance, security, and recoverability of critical systems. Qualifications

3–5 years in server, virtualization, or infrastructure engineering.
Strong experience administering Windows and Linux servers.
Experience with enterprise storage (SAN/NAS).
Proven Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration.
Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability architectures.
Knowledge of infrastructure security principles and best practices.
Ability to document standards and procedures.
Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Administer and optimize Windows and Linux server environments (on-premises, virtual, cloud).
Design and operate virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
Manage SAN/NAS storage and cloud storage solutions.
Implement backup, DR, and business continuity strategies.
Collaborate with IT teams to support production systems and projects.
Participate in after-hours support for outages and maintenance.
