Job summary

ALTEN is seeking a talented individual for Post Silicon Test and characterization of SOCs designed by Qualcomm in San Diego. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SERDES test and characterization, working on High Speed interfaces like PCIe and USB. This role includes developing characterization plans, optimizing parameters, and supporting silicon bring-up. The position requires lab presence initially five days a week, shifting to three days post-training, to ensure thorough familiarity with lab operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years experience with a Master's degree.
• Experience in SERDES test and characterization on the bench platform.
• Hands on experience with lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute characterization plans for High Speed Serial interfaces.
• Develop and debug silicon to characterize High Speed SERDES Interfaces.
• Assist in HW design and debug power integrity and signal integrity issues.
