Included Health is seeking an SEO & Website Strategy Senior Manager to lead the data-driven SEO program across IncludedHealth.com and DoctorOnDemand.com. You will shape the technical and content roadmaps, scale organic growth, and drive AI-enabled strategies for modern consumer health trends.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SEO leadership, in-house/enterprise, healthcare preferred.
• Deep WordPress/web publishing proficiency and technical SEO skills.
• Ability to spot trends and secure buy-in for investments.
• Experience with Generative AI/LLMs and content optimization for these platforms.
• Strong data-driven forecasting and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategy across SEO, AI, and social channels.
• Define and manage roadmap for organic growth aligned with trends and data.
• Lead content campaigns across search, AI platforms, and social channels to boost organic traffic and conversions.
• Own landing page optimization to improve member conversion rates.
• Measure performance, run A/B tests, build dashboards, and report insights to stakeholders.
• Oversee tech platform usage and budgeting for SEO marketing tools.
• Collaborate with Content Strategy, Engineering, Product, Analytics, and other teams to prioritize initiatives.
• Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor strategies.
