Job summary

ChefOnline is seeking an experienced SEO Team Lead to manage multiple client campaigns, supervise the SEO team, and ensure timely delivery of results. The role requires strong hands-on knowledge of technical, on-page, off-page, local SEO, content optimisation and reporting.

You will lead SEO strategies for multiple clients, monitor performance, coordinate with content, development and marketing teams, and mentor junior staff to drive sustained organic growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SEO leadership experience.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE).
• Strong hands-on knowledge of technical, on-page, off-page, local SEO and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the SEO team.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies for multiple clients.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve key website issues.
• Manage on-page, off-page, local and content SEO activities.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions and competitors.
• Assign tasks and ensure timely project delivery.
• Review team output and maintain SEO quality standards.
• Coordinate with content, development, design and marketing teams.
• Prepare SEO reports and actionable recommendations.
• Support and mentor junior and mid-level team members.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices.
