Job summary

You will collaborate with delivery managers on timelines, scope projects, and drive ongoing process improvements while developing top talent across the team.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in marketing, CS, or related field.
• 6+ years in SEO, PM, or account management.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Experience scoping projects, forecasting, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and make fast decisions.
• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Experience with prompt-based AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present SEO capabilities and best practices to clients and internal teams.
