Elevate the strategic depth of our SEO initiatives as a Senior SEO Specialist at React Digital. This pivotal role demands a blend of analytical prowess and strategic foresight, enabling you to dissect complex organic data landscapes and carve out pathways to heightened online visibility and client success.

You will help orchestrate our SEO strategies, transforming insights into action and guiding our team towards achieving unparalleled search engine prominence for our diverse clientele.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a client-facing SEO expert supporting enterprise-scale organizations with extensive location footprints, helping surface insights that drive localized visibility and unified brand authority.
  • Support keyword research frameworks designed for multi-location experiences, balancing national brand strategy with nuanced, regional keyword targeting across hundreds of touchpoints.
  • Translate emerging AI and conversational search trends into scalable SEO initiatives—anticipating shifts in user behavior, adapting strategies for evolving SERPs, and preparing content for discoverability in generative search ecosystems.
  • Leverage tools such as Yext for local listing and reputation management and Adobe Analytics for advanced performance insights, tying SEO efforts to broader behavioral and business outcomes.
  • Guide the design and deployment of content and on-site experiences aligned with structured data, rich snippets, and voice/search intent, elevating performance across both mobile-first and AI-assisted interfaces.
  • Support the orchestration of SEO implementation across multiple platforms and CMS environments, ensuring recommendations scale effectively across complex site architectures and cross-functional teams.

NEED TO HAVE

  • Demonstrated experience managing SEO strategy at scale, supporting organizations with hundreds of locations or large portfolios of service/product lines.
  • Expertise in advanced keyword modeling, local-to-national targeting strategies, and SEO performance frameworks tailored to multi-region or multi-entity ecosystems.
  • Ability to synthesize organic search insights with user behavior data using platforms like Looker Studio, GA4, Adobe Analytics, Yext, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
  • Exceptional communication & presentation skills with the capacity to distill complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with structured data at scale—including implementation strategies for organization-level markup, review schema, event listings, and more.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven search behaviors and how large language models, voice interfaces, and zero-click results are reshaping SEO best practices.
  • Knowledge of Python or SQL for automating keyword analysis, SERP monitoring, or cross-tool data blending to enrich insights.
  • Comfort integrating data via third-party APIs to streamline SEO workflows or enhance custom dashboards.
