Job summary

Lead Science is a division of DealerOn, an automotive digital marketing provider serving dealerships across North and South America. The Manager of SEO oversees the SEO team, ensures client deliverables, and guides strategy adjustments with a focus on ongoing training and performance auditing.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 4+ years of SEO experience, and 5+ years of management, with strong communication and analytics skills. US residency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry-specific experience.
• Minimum of 4 years SEO experience.
• 5 years management experience.
• Excellent attention to detail, especially in written and verbal communication.
• Experience with SEO/site auditing tools such as Screaming Frog.
• Excellent content writing and editing ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Proficient in Google Analytics and data analysis.
• Advanced experience in Local SEO.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SEO Consultants and Specialists day-to-day work and outputs.
• Lead monthly audits on all SEO team projects and performance.
• Hire, terminate, and oversee department staff with management oversight.
• Coordinate and present demonstrations with the sales team.
• Perform technical SEO audits on non-SEO client sites.
• Drive cross-department communications for SEO initiatives.
• Support projects contributing to department OKRs and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Training to develop SEO education and skills.
