Lead Science, a division of DealerOn, seeks a Manager of SEO to oversee the SEO team, client communications, and strategic direction in a fast-growing online marketing environment for automotive dealerships.

You will lead audits, supervise SEO consultants, hire and mentor staff, run monthly performance reviews, and support sales demos and training initiatives. This US-resident role offers a competitive salary range with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry-specific experience
• Minimum of 4 years SEO experience
• 5 years management experience
• Excellent attention to detail, especially with communication (written and verbal)
• Experience with SEO/Site auditing tools (Screaming Frog)
• Excellent content writing and content editing ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Tool Suite (Excel and Word)
• Proficient in Google Analytics and data analysis
• Advanced experience in Local SEO

Responsibilities

• Oversee SEO strategy and client book of business
• Quality control for all SEO tasks and client deliverables
• Hire, terminate, and oversee department staff
• Lead monthly audits on SEO work
• Run demos with the sales team
• Perform SEO audits on client sites outside SEO scope
• Execute projects contributing to OKRs and roadmaps
• Collaborate with Training to develop team skills
