The role involves guiding tactics, performing audits, and training staff while coordinating with other departments. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 4+ years in SEO, and 5+ years in management, plus strong writing, analytics, and Local SEO expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry-specific experience.
• Minimum of 4 years SEO experience.
• 5 years management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with SEO/site auditing tools.
• Excellent content writing/editing ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficient in Google Analytics and data analysis.
• Advanced Local SEO experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all account work, personnel, and client communication for the SEO team.
• Lead tactic and strategy adjustments for client book of business.
• Quality control for tasks and deliverables by SEO staff.
• Hire, supervise, and evaluate department employees.
• Lead monthly audits and perform SEO audits on client sites.
• Run demos with the sales team and collaborate with other departments.
• Support OKRs, roadmaps, and churn initiatives; coordinate with Training.
