Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on SEO with local/multi-location focus.
• 7+ years for Director-level consideration.
• Based in North America and able to work North American time zones.
• Deep knowledge of local ranking factors (citations, NAP, local links).
• Understanding of generative search, structured data, and topical authority.

Responsibilities

• Own Local SEO and AIEO strategy for clients.
• Mentor and guide SEO team, set priorities, review deliverables.
• Develop and update agency SOPs for technical SEO and content workflows.
• Manage Google Business Profiles at scale including multi-location cases.
• Research and implement AI-powered tools to improve research and content workflows.
• Define KPIs linking organic visibility to client leads and revenue.
• Collaborate across Paid Search, Dev, and Content to drive client success.
