Qualifications

• 4+ years experience doing SEO work for clients within an agency environment.
• 1-2 years client facing experience.
• Experience leading SEO strategy for local and ecommerce clients, including multi-location or service-area businesses.
• Ability to lead strategy for multiple large growth SEO clients.
• Understanding basics of SEO such as keyword research & website architecture.
• Familiar with Google Analytics and content marketing basics.
• Experience with keyword research/data mining tools and competitive analysis.

Responsibilities

• Working on multiple client websites by implementing changes to meet Google's best practices and client goals.
• Retain existing business while pursuing profitable growth opportunities in assigned accounts.
• Communicate regularly with clients to discuss goals and deliver results.
• Identify and understand client business needs, campaign objectives, and growth opportunities.
• Strategize with team members to devise creative solutions for clients.
• Track changes in search and AI-powered trends and translate them into recommendations.
• Create reports to gauge progress and inform clients of value.
