Job summary

Wpromote is seeking a Senior SEO Manager to lead client SEO strategies, optimize websites for Google best practices, and drive profitable growth across multiple accounts. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver results and mentor junior staff while expanding local and ecommerce SEO programs.

You will manage client relationships, present findings, and guide a proactive roadmap that links SEO to business outcomes.

Qualifications

4+ years of agency SEO experience.
1-2 years client-facing experience.
Experience leading SEO for local/ecommerce, multi-location.
Desire to lead strategy for multiple large growth SEO clients.
Understand basics of SEO: keyword research & site architecture.
Familiar with Google Analytics and content marketing basics.
Experience with keyword research/data mining tools and competitive analysis.
Experience with CMS like WordPress, Shopify, or Magento.

Responsibilities

Implement SEO changes across client sites to meet Google best practices.
Retain existing business while pursuing growth opportunities in SEO investments and cross-channel upsells.
Communicate goals and deliver results with clients.
Collaborate with client teams to identify business needs and growth opportunities.
Lead strategy discussions and provide creative solutions for clients.
Mentor junior staff and guide local listings management.
Develop AI-powered search content and technical recommendations.
