Job summary

Wpromote seeks an SEO Manager to lead client strategies across technical SEO, content, and AI search for a diverse book of business. You will collaborate with a team of SEO experts, own client relationships, and drive measurable outcomes through data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in agency SEO for clients
• Minimum 1 year of client-facing experience
• Lead strategy for multiple growth SEO and AI Search clients
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals: keyword research, search intent, technical SEO, site architecture
• Familiar with AI search systems and how they surface content
• Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, and performance measurement
• Content strategy including entity optimization and structured data
• CMS familiarity (WordPress/Shopify/Magento) a plus
• Able to adapt to a rapidly evolving search landscape
• Excellent multitasking and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Work on multiple client websites, implementing changes across technical SEO, content, and AI search optimization.
• Optimize visibility across traditional search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms.
• Own client retention and identify growth opportunities.
• Build strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic discussions.
• Develop integrated SEO/AI solutions to improve discoverability and performance.
• Stay current on SEO/AI trends, algorithms, and competitive activity.
• Create reports and dashboards showing rankings, traffic, and business impact.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to shape content and SEO strategies.
