DEPT® is seeking an experienced Director of SEO to lead the technical and strategic SEO for global brands, ensuring profitability and pioneering search work. You will guide a team to deliver innovative solutions and help win new business through strong methodologies.

You will refine SEO practice, lead pitches to C-suite stakeholders, and set strategic roadmaps across accounts while driving profitability and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8–11 years of SEO strategy and leadership experience with global enterprise brands.
• Deep technical expertise including site migrations, headless architectures, and international SEO.
• Strong commercial acumen and exceptional presentation skills.
• A collaborative mindset with cross-team experience.
