Job summary

Redwood Software is seeking a Senior SEO Manager to lead the organic search strategy across a portfolio of enterprise software brands. You will own the end-to-end program, spanning technical SEO, content optimization, GEO and AEO, with accountability for driving organic visibility, pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably enterprise software or SaaS.
• Proven track record delivering improvements in rankings, traffic, pipeline and revenue.
• Strong understanding of web strategy, CRO, site architecture, user journeys and funnel analysis.
• Deep technical SEO expertise including audits and prioritization based on business impact.
• Experience with analytical platforms (GA, GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush) and evaluating tech solutions.
• Experience scaling AEO and GEO strategies and measuring Share of Voice, Mention Rate, Citation Rate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve Redwood's organic search strategy across a portfolio of enterprise software brands.
• Own end-to-end search program including GEO and AEO initiatives.
• Define and own the organic search roadmap across all Redwood websites with quarterly OKRs.
• Lead SEO and GEO initiatives from strategy to execution, including migrations and technical remediation.
• Collaborate with web development, UX, and demand gen to improve organic conversion and pipeline.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and prioritize improvements with development teams.
• Develop on-page SEO and content standards including metadata and internal linking.
• Develop keyword strategies and identify opportunities to improve visibility and performance.
• Measure SEO/GEO performance and report to executives with actionable recommendations.
• Utilize generative AI for keyword research, content analysis, and workflow efficiency.
• Evaluate platforms and vendors to improve ROI and program effectiveness.
• Mentor SEO practitioners and cross-functional partners; share playbooks and guidance.
