Job summary

iCrossing, a Hearst-backed marketing and technology partner, seeks a Sr. Manager, SEO to lead day-to-day SEO for large clients and grow our GEO offerings. You’ll guide cross-functional teams, develop strategies, and drive organic growth with advanced analytics and AI insights.

The role requires 6+ years of SEO experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and the ability to mentor others. This is a full-time position with 2 days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience working in SEO for agencies or large brands.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, IT, or related field preferred.
• Extensive understanding of SEO principles, best practices and trends.
• Experience designing GEO tactics for enterprise brands.
• Strong analytics, storytelling and presentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with client goals.
• Lead client management and present SEO results clearly.
• Oversee technical SEO, content optimization, and related services.
• Deliver SEO/AI reports with actionable recommendations.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
