Job summary

Lovingly is seeking an SEO Generalist to own how we and our florist partners appear in search. You’ll shape strategy across local maps, listings, and lovingy.com, driving organic growth and first-order GMV through coordinated multi-site efforts.

You’ll design systems, set non-negotiable standards, and directly ship work, collaborating with COO, Marketing, and partners. This role blends strategy with hands-on execution in a hybrid Hudson Valley context.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SEO experience with clear wins.
• Familiar with AI assistants and answer engines.
• Ability to design systems and own both strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Run targeted SEO audits on priority partner sites.
• Translate audits into task briefs for Digital Marketing Specialists and Coaches.
• Design and maintain templates for local and core pages.
• Own local SEO hygiene for top partners (GBP, NAP, citations).
• Set up and maintain SEO reporting (GA4, Search Console).
• Experiment with AI-assisted visibility and practical tests.
