Job summary

Space150, a Minneapolis-based digital agency, seeks a senior organic search lead to own strategy, technical SEO, and measurement across a client roster including regulated med-tech and national brands.

You'll lead analytics, CRO, and AI-enabled search programs, partner with engineering and UX, and present to clients while shaping space150's organic practice and new-business capability.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in SEO and/or CRO, with agency or multi-brand environment.
• Structured data, log file analysis, Core Web Vitals, migrations, indexation troubleshooting, CMS/front-end literacy.
• Bonus: SQL, BigQuery, Looker Studio, PowerBI, Shopify.

Responsibilities

• Own organic search strategy end to end for a portfolio of clients, including audits and content roadmaps.
• Run technical SEO diagnoses and translate into prioritized backlogs for engineers.
• Develop keyword and topic strategy grounded in commercial intent.
• Build a view on AI search visibility and advise clients on measurables.
• Manage organic tool stack and justify licensing.
