Job summary

True Religion is seeking a Senior Manager for SEO & AI Discovery to own how the brand is found across traditional search and AI-driven platforms. You will set the organic visibility strategy, from technical SEO to content optimized for AI systems, impacting acquisition and revenue growth.

You will lead efforts to appear in AI-generated answers and chatbot recommendations, partnering with engineering to implement structured data and semantic markup, and you will manage agencies, tools, and KPI

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEO experience across technical, on-page, and content strategy.
• Strong point of view on AI-driven search and answer engines (AEO/GEO).
• Understanding of how LLMs retrieve, rank, and cite content (RAG, embeddings, structured data).
• Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, Screaming Frog) and analytics platforms (GA4, Looker Studio).
• Familiarity with schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and technical audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a unified SEO, AEO, and GEO strategy aligned with marketing goals.
• Own organic performance: keywords, technical audits, site architecture, page experience, content optimization.
• Lead AEO/GEO efforts to optimize content for AI-overviews and answer engines.
• Monitor AI surfaces (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot) and improve share of voice.
• Collaborate with engineering on structured data, crawlability, and semantic markup.
• Educate stakeholders, manage agencies, and translate shifts into clear roadmaps.
• Define and track KPIs: organic traffic, rankings, AI citations, referrals, conversions.
• Manage relationships with SEO tools and vendors.
