Relias, a mission-driven health care outcomes company, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist, SEO to lead organic search initiatives and optimize content for AI-enabled experiences. This role collaborates with content, analytics, web development, and product marketing teams to improve visibility and qualified traffic.

You’ll perform technical audits, optimize for Core Web Vitals and structured data, and use AI tools to enhance workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
2+ years of SEO experience including technical SEO, content optimization, and performance analysis.
Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools.
Experience using AI tools to improve SEO workflows.
Ability to execute and improve SEO initiatives with data-driven recommendations.
Ability to identify and resolve technical SEO issues related to crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and site architecture.
Ability to optimize content for search intent, semantic relevance, and user experience.
Understanding of Relias target audience and effective SEO strategy.

Responsibilities

Execute and optimize SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility, traffic, and leads.
Conduct keyword, topic, competitor, and search intent research.
Optimize websites for traditional and AI-powered search experiences (AEO, GEO).
Perform technical SEO audits; recommend crawl, indexing, data, and site-structure improvements.
Collaborate with web dev to implement recommendations and validate results.
Improve internal linking and taxonomy for discoverability and UX.
Create search-first content aligned with user intent and authority.
Monitor SEO performance with GA4, GSC, Looker Studio; report insights.
