You will work on chip-scale image sensors and collaborate across ultra-high-vacuum, semiconductor, and high-voltage environments. The role emphasizes hands-on testing, meticulous documentation, and cross-functional support to engineering staff, design leads, and facility personnel.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to perform process-engineering tasks.
• Ability to comply with OSHA, EPA, fire regulations and company policies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering tests and experimental work to support sensor development.
• Troubleshoot processes and equipment, identify root causes.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineering to meet cost and manufacturability targets.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and operations to schedule use of production equipment.
• Create, document, and present test data for engineering analysis.
• Participate in peer reviews and provide insights on manufacturing capability and process qualification.
