You will work on sensor development, conducting tests and documenting results to support design decisions. Collaborating across ultra‑high‑vacuum, semiconductor, and high‑voltage environments, you’ll troubleshoot, assemble, calibrate, and operate equipment while communicating findings to engineers and facility staff.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on sensor or engineering test experience.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Able to obtain and maintain security clearance.
• Able to comply with OSHA, EPA, and fire regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering tests and experimental work to support sensor development.
• Troubleshoot processes and equipment to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineering to ensure cost and manufacturability targets.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and operations to schedule use of production equipment.
• Create, document, and present test data for engineering analysis.
• Participate in peer reviews and contribute insights on manufacturing capability and process qualification.
