Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in automotive sensing, with hands-on radar or lidar expertise.
• Strong ability to lead design reviews and drive supplier interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead radar or lidar sensing system development from concept to production.
• Define performance targets, evaluation criteria, and validation plans.
• Drive sensor benchmarking, supplier engagement, and design reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with systems, perception, firmware, and manufacturing.
• Review test data to identify gaps, root causes, and corrective actions.
• Communicate status and tradeoffs to engineering leadership.
