Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, operations management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in factory planning, production scheduling, supply chain management, or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience leading a planning team or coordinating complex, cross-functional planning activities.
• Experience with capacity planning, demand forecasting, production scheduling, WIP management, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the master production schedule, translating customer demand into wafer start and output plans.
• Review production schedules, WIP flow, output, and delivery performance; guide daily issue resolutions.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, sales, and purchasing to align material plans with production needs.
• Establish and review KPIs including on-time delivery, plan attainment, cycle time, fab output, and inventory turns.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve planning accuracy and fab productivity.
• Coach and develop planners and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
