Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, operations management, or related fields.
• 6+ years of work experience in factory planning, production scheduling, or supply chain management.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and supply chain principles.
• Proficiency in Excel for data management, analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Oracle systems; fab scheduling and cycle-time management preferred.

Responsabilités

• Create and manage the master production schedule from customer demand.
• Monitor WIP flow to meet output plan and customer demand.
• Develop and improve the fab capacity model using constraints and demand.
• Identify bottlenecks due to equipment, materials, or labor to maximize throughput.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, production and engineering to align plans.
• Coordinate with purchasing to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages.
• Track KPIs such as OTD, cycle time, and inventory turns.
