Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Electrical, Materials or related field with 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience with CMP/Bond equipment development and understanding of CMP/grind interactions.
• Strong data analysis and DOE design skills; familiarity with JMP Pro and model-based problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Install, start‑up and continually improve cutting edge semiconductor processing equipment and hardware.
• Apply project management to projects and exchange complex information with customers.
• Identify improved materials and process options and feedback to R&D for innovation.
• Lead module level development and large technical projects; standardize methods and procedures.
• Analyze results and recommend process or equipment changes to improve fab metrics.
