Qualifications

• 2+ years as CMP Process Owner in the industry.
• BS or MS in Engineering; equivalent military experience or 5+ years in related roles.
• Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Startup, development and optimization of CMP processes.
• Drive yield improvements, cost reduction and productivity.
• Collaborate with equipment and integrations engineers to resolve production issues.
• Utilize SPC charts to drive end-to-end process improvements.
