Job summary

Intel is seeking a LTD Semiconductor Senior Process Integration Development Engineer in Hillsboro, OR. You will lead scientific investigations to enable manufacturing of advanced device architectures, designing and analyzing experiments to meet process specs.

You will drive integration of processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to IP development while ramping technology to volume production. Hybrid work model is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 7+ years, Master's 5+ years, or Ph.D. 3+ years in relevant STEM.
• Experience in semiconductor processing, fabrication or nanotechnology.
• Design of experiments.
• Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Computational data skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead scientific research enabling innovative device architectures.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to meet engineering specs.
• Participate in development of intellectual property.
• Integrate steps for manufacture of complex microprocessors.
• Ramp to manufacturing volumes and transfer to manufacturing teams.
