Job summary

- Familiarity with UNIX and DOE design and statistical data analysis requested.
Responsibilities
- Characterize, evaluate and document semiconductor devices and circuit reliability.
- Develop process flow and macro modules to fabricate devices.
- Lead setup, processes and device simulations to optimize new process flows.
