Job Title: Senior Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Onsite or Hybrid (Local candidates preferred)

Employment Type: W2 Contract (No C2C or C2H)

Role Overview:

BEPC is seeking a skilled Senior Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer to support our client in advancing micro-electromechanical system (MEMS) inertial sensors, pressure sensors, magnetic sensors, and microelectronics. In this role, you will work on the frontlines of manufacturing and test engineering—analyzing data, resolving technical issues, and driving producibility improvements for high-precision semiconductor-based products. The ideal candidate has experience transitioning new products from R&D to full-scale production and thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support testing and manufacturing of MEMS inertial, microelectronic, and sensor products.
• Analyze performance and yield data to monitor process health and improve outcomes.
• Apply statistical tools (JMP, Minitab, etc.) for robust data evaluation and decision-making.
• Develop process improvements that drive cost and cycle time reductions.
• Collaborate on product design enhancements and new product development.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and lead root cause investigations.
• Support test equipment maintenance and establish preventive protocols.
• Promote a lean manufacturing culture aligned with Six Sigma and CAMP methodologies.
• Achieve and exceed manufacturing quality metrics (RTY, BIQ, COPQ, etc.).

Qualifications:

Must Have:

• U.S. Citizenship (due to export compliance regulations)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related technical field
• 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience in manufacturing environments

Preferred:

• Background in semiconductor manufacturing and cleanroom operations
• Experience with MEMS sensors, magnetic and pressure sensing devices
• Strong knowledge of transitioning products from prototype to production
• Proficiency with statistical software such as JMP, Minitab, RStudio, or SAS
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and RCCA methodologies
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Pay Rate: $60/hr (W2)
• Schedule: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Location: Onsite or Microsoft Teams (if remote/local hybrid)
