Company & Position Overview

Join a top manufacturing company who is looking for a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Engineer. This position is remote with travel required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Improve Manufacturing Processes:Design, implement, and optimize production processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure consistent product quality. Maintain standards of operational excellence.
• Evaluate and Integrate Manufacturing Equipment:Select, test, and commission manufacturing equipment and tooling, ensuring compatibility with production requirements and safety standards.
• Implement Lean and Continuous Improvement Practices: Apply lean manufacturing principles, conduct time studies, and lead kaizen events to streamline operations and drive process improvements.
• Ensure Process Compliance and Documentation:Create and maintain detailed process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure regulatory compliance and operational consistency.
• Support Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions:Investigate production issues, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve problems and prevent recurrence. Establish and track KPIs.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Continuous Improvement, and Six Sigma (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing setting
• Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
