Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Hayward, CA is seeking an Engineer IV to provide advanced technical expertise in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment, or related processes. Strong electrical troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and equipment qualification.
Ability to work independently on ambiguous, high‑impact problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
Experience mentoring or leading projects.

Responsibilities

Lead complex engineering projects impacting manufacturing performance and reliability.
Analyze data to identify root causes, risks, and improvements.
Develop solutions to improve yield, throughput, safety, and cost.
Serve as SME within process, equipment, or manufacturing domains.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive solutions.
Lead or contribute to NPIs, ramps, or major change initiatives.
Review and approve technical documentation and standards.
