Keysight Technologies is seeking a Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to lead hands-on maintenance for InP/GaAs and silicon fabs in a high-tech environment. You will direct diagnostics, coordinate a team of technicians, manage maintenance plans, and ensure safe, compliant operations across multiple toolsets.

The role emphasizes production readiness, reliability improvements, and collaboration with engineering, EH&S, and suppliers.

Competenze

Associate degree, technical certificate, military training, or equivalent semiconductor experience.
Typically 7+ years of progressive semiconductor equipment maintenance experience.
Typically 2+ years of lead or supervisory experience.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex process tools.
Working knowledge of cleanroom protocols and hazardous-energy control.
Experience with CMMS and maintenance metrics.

Mansioni

Direct daily maintenance activity and assist with complex diagnostics and repairs.
Lead maintenance team, assign priorities, and schedule on-call coverage.
Own maintenance for epitaxy, etch, deposition, diffusion, lithography, metrology, and related tools.
Coordinate supplier escalation and manage spare parts within budget.
Ensure safety, compliance, and proper documentation for maintenance activities.
