  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) mandates, OSHA standards, and hazardous material handling; potential to lead the ERT team on shift
  • Hiring and Staffing: Manage recruiting and interviewing, and partner with equipment engineering to assess the technical qualifications of candidates on your shift
  • Training: Manage complex technical training plans for the team and own the certification process and training metrics on your shift
  • Data, Metrics, and Reporting: Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, monitor Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and document tool history; summarize shift performance in a clear passdown
  • Parts Logistics: Manage the staging of critical spare parts, track inventory levels, and ensure parts are returned for repair or restocking
  • Continuous Improvement: Partner with Equipment Engineering to identify recurring tool failures and develop permanent hardware modifications or procedural updates
