Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking an experienced Equipment Technician Supervisor to lead the maintenance of production equipment in a high‑yield environment and to supervise the equipment and process technicians in the Silicon/GaN EPI and HWA group.

You will establish preventive maintenance programs, manage training for proper operation and repair, and maintain inventory and spare parts while scheduling manufacturing activities.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising equipment/ process technicians.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong leadership and training program management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of production equipment in the Silicon/GaN EPI and HWA group.
• Supervise equipment and/or process technicians in repair and maintenance of production and test equipment.
• Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures for equipment.
• Manage training programs to ensure proper operation, preventive maintenance, and repair procedures.
• Maintain inventory and spare parts related to equipment and tooling.
• Schedule manufacturing activities to optimize uptime and efficiency.
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function.
