Job summary

Axcelis Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to drive Europe regional marketing strategy from Beverly, MA, with roughly 25% travel.

You will collaborate with local account managers to grow market share, improve customer satisfaction, and anticipate future needs across semiconductor markets. You will lead GTM plans for Europe, oversee customer-facing technical marketing engagements, and translate VoC insights into actionable guidance for product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Science, Marketing, or Management.
• Experience in semiconductor or technical markets is a plus.
• Strong collaboration across regions and with HQ and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop go-to-market strategies across Axcelis product lines for Europe.
• Lead customer-facing technical marketing engagements and tool evaluations.
• Translate VoC insights into guidance for product development and roadmap.
• Serve as liaison between Axcelis headquarters and Europe sales organization.
