Job summary

Axcelis Technologies, Inc. seeks a senior technical leader to strengthen customer relationships and advance device technology roadmaps.

You will influence process integration and device performance, leading collaborations with customers and internal teams to deliver differentiated implant solutions. You will drive strategic development, evaluate market opportunities, and coordinate with factories to maximize installed base performance, while protecting IP and advancing technology roadmaps across

Qualifications

Experience leading edge logic device fabrication and/or R&D in semiconductor equipment.
Ability to analyze complex data and design experiments for process tuning.
Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic direction to grow share and TAM in target markets.
Lead device technology discussions and align with customer roadmaps.
Manage technical roadmap meetings and engagement programs with customers.
Protect IP and coordinate with factory teams to ensure high installed base performance.
Identify HVPs and design alternative technology solutions for customers.
