Job summary

WGNSTAR, a dynamic semiconductor-focused company, seeks an Account Operations Director to lead service delivery and drive KPI performance across key accounts. You will manage 5+ direct reports and partner with customers and internal teams to ensure safety, quality, staffing, and financial success.

The role is office-based with travel as needed and offers a competitive pay range, plus a discretionary annual bonus. Location flexibility includes multiple U.S. sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations, account leadership, or service delivery in semiconductor/technical fields.
• Experience leading people managers and KPI-driven decision making.
• Proven track record in customer-facing operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 5+ direct reports.
• Lead day-to-day account operations for semiconductor equipment installation and service programs.
• Establish, track, and improve KPIs related to service delivery and financial performance.
• Review results and lead corrective actions to address gaps and risks.
• Build strong customer relationships through communication and execution.
• Deliver service excellence to support uptime and business objectives.
• Coordinate with field leaders, HR, finance for staffing and resources.
• Lead problem-solving for service issues and escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement in workflows and reporting.
• Support budget, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
