Job summary

rctsglobal-com is seeking a Sr. Growth Marketer - SEM to optimize and scale paid search across Google and Bing. You will expand, manage, and optimize campaigns, partnering with Product, SEO, and BI teams to drive profitable growth.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, ROI maximization, and collaboration across departments. Remote work is currently offered with potential future hybrid in Dallas area.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of search engine marketing experience (Google, Bing).
• Experience using bulk management tools such as Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Advertising Editor.
• Expert in platform-specific bidding tools (Google Smart Bidding, Kenshoo, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in spreadsheets (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven marketing experience (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and adaptability in a startup environment.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing SEM accounts: campaign, ad group, keyword, and ad creative creation and optimization.
• Execute performance-driven marketing strategy across domestic and international markets in English and other languages.
• Create, track, analyze, and optimize paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Identify efficient ways to grow traffic and revenue across paid search campaigns.
• Collect and analyze data from search engines and internal sources to identify ROI trends.
• Run A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates and performance.
• Assist in identifying potential new markets and launching relevant local paid search campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to optimize landing pages and maximize quality score.
